Here’s a simple breakdown of how Silent Auction works.Bid Sheets: Each item has a paper where people write their names, phone #, and the amount of money they want to bid.
Display Items: The item displayed has been donated and 100% of the proceeds are going to ASOTFA.
Bidding: People look at the items and write down the most they’re willing to pay. They can monitor the bidding of the item(s) and enter another bid higher if they have been out bid, until the closing time.
Closing Time: The Silent Auction will end at Saturday, February 21, 2025, 5:00pm, and no more offers will be accepted after that.
Winners: The highest bid on each sheet wins. All winning bids are final and payments are due by end of day on Saturday, February 21, 2025 and items are to be removed the same day/time of payment.
