Who are we?
We are one of the nation's top-ranked sections, operated by a group of dedicated volunteers with a vision of becoming an essential resource for mechanical engineering needs within Silicon Valley. ASME SCVS, composed predominantly of early-career and mid-career industry professionals passionate about serving the engineering community, takes particular pride in tailoring customized growth plans for each volunteer. Geographically diverse, ASME SCVS covers 2,000+ local ASME members in the counties of Fresno, Inyo, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, San Benito, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and Tulare.
