Every second Tuesday of the month I host an open, drop-in space at the Senior Recreation Center in Gainesville, Florida to talk to Gainesville neighbors about homeownership: from buying, selling, moving and everything in between!If you’re a homeowner, we can discuss things like what your house might be worth, the road to Listed, or the average days on market you can expect to wait before we’ve got a contract in hand. 🤝
