ASICS Running Club (18 January 2022)

Session details:

- Warm up and drills

- 2 x 2KM with 2 minutes rest

- Cool down and stretching

Please note, all participants:

- Have to be FULLY VACCINATED to attend.

- Must have their masks on at all times except during the workout.

- Have to observe 2-metre physical distancing between individuals and should not inter-mingle with one another.
