Are you an undergraduate university student studying in Cambodia? Do you want to create impactful solutions using technology? Join Ideathon 2025 under the theme "Solve Social Problems with Technology"
🧠 Challenge Topics (Choose ONE)
- Healthcare
- Agriculture
- Tourism
- Education
*Each topic accepts a maximum of 5 teams
👥 Team Composition
- 3 to 4 members per team
- Open to undergraduate students (Year 1 to Year 4) from any faculty or major
⚠️ Important Rule
- All submitted ideas must be original and new, never used in previous competitions
- Teams violating this rule will be disqualified and will not be eligible for prizes
📅 Event Dates & Venue
- 13 and 14 September 2025 @ CJCC (Physical Event)
Day 1: Ideation Workshop & Submission with mentors available to provide guidance and support
> Team may prepare idea in advance, or come up with it on the day. A presentation template will be provided, but using it is optional
Day 2: Final Presentations on Stage in front of Judges
> Only 3 teams per topic will be selected to present on stage, as determined by the judges
*Teams not selected to present will receive written feedback from the judges after the event, including questions and suggestions to help improve their ideas
💻 Food & Equipment
- Free to join, but teams must bring their own laptops (no laptops provided)
- Food and drinks will be provided for both days
🏆 Awards
- 1 winning team per topic
- Each winning team receives $1,000
- Total prize pool of $4,000
📌 Registration Details
- First come, first served
- Total of 32 teams accepted (5 teams + 3 waiting list teams per topic)
> Registration closes on 1 September 2025 or earlier if full
> Eligible teams announced 5 September
> Confirm participation by 7–9 September
> Unconfirmed spots will go to the waiting list, which will be notified by 9-10 September
