Step into an evening where storytelling and dining blend into one experience. For the evening , our menu is inspired by the vibrant kitchens of Southeast Asia, where warmth, spice, and tradition meet modern creativity.
We begin with garlic chapati, paired with a South Indian asparagus curry. I’ll show you how the simplest dough transforms into pillowy flatbread, and how pantry spices can turn vegetables into something bold, fragrant, and unforgettable.
Our second course brings comfort in a bowl: a silky dal soup, rich with lentils and warming spices. Alongside, you’ll savor cilantro-crusted shrimp, inspired by Goa, pan-seared until golden, their brightness lifting the earthiness of the lentils. This course is a lesson in balance—humble ingredients elevated through careful seasoning and fresh herbs.
We close with a sweet memory: mango kulfi, infused with cardamom. A dessert rooted in tradition, but reimagined in playful, elegant form. I’ll share how these flavors, once served in clay cups on the streets of India, can be brought into a modern kitchen with ease.
Throughout the evening, I’ll cook in front of you, explain spices and flours—and weave in cultural threads that inspire each dish. This isn’t just a meal, it’s an exploration of flavor, heritage, and craft.
