This workshop is designed to bring together some of our most
loved Asian small plates in a fun, interactive, and community-style
format. Working in pairs, and sometimes individually, you’ll
experience the joy of shaping, rolling, and cooking while learning
techniques that are approachable yet full of flavor. Some
ingredients will be pre-prepped in advance, while others will be
made together as part of the workshop, keeping the focus on
hands-on learning.
✨ What you’ll do:
Sushi Rolls: Using pre-cooked sushi rice and our signature
sushi ingredient bar, create your own vegetarian or nonvegetarian
sushi rolls. Each participant will roll their sushi
individually, experimenting with flavors and fillings.
Potstickers: Work with ready-made dumpling skins to prepare
wholesome fillings from our signature menu. Shaping of the
dumplings will be done individually, while the cooking will be
carried out in groups — vegetarian and non-vegetarian — on
the pan.
Truffle Chili Edamame: In pairs, prepare this flavorful
signature appetizer in a fun, community-style cooking activity.
This workshop is perfect for food lovers, groups , friends, or
couples looking for a fun, interactive evening of cooking,
learning, and indulging.
