Time: 10 am to 2 pm
Covid, shingles, pneumonia, and tetanus vaccines
Dental checks
Eye exams
Blood pressure measurement
Blood sugar measurement
Spine checks
Depression screen
CPR demonstrations
Education on cataracts, glaucoma, strokes, dental health, hypertension, diabetes, and cholesterol.
We are also accepting volunteers to assist with our screening stations and sponsors who would like to set up a table at the event.
• Gold Sponsor ($200): 10 minutes talk, logo on flyers, and table set up for the entire duration of the event
• Silver Sponsor ($100): logo on flyers and table setup for the entire duration of the event
