About this Event
On a night inspired by wanting to give everyone a place to enjoy the holidays, Ashwyn Singh headlines Backroom Comedy Club and brings you two of Canada's funniest standup comedians.
Marc-Anthony Sinagoga recreates his life experiences as an overweight Italian going against the family grain in a melting pot society. Born and raised in Richmond Hill, audiences come to hear Marc describe his outlandish life experiences with brilliant imitation, wit, and loveable stage presence.
Rob Bebenek has asserted himself as one of the brightest new voices to come out of Canada after appearances at the Just For Laughs Festival and a breakout viral video from the Winnipeg Comedy Festival. With quick wit and a keen eye for observation, Rob is becoming a force on stages across North America and always leaaves audiences wanting to hear more.
Ashwyn Singh quit his day job after becoming a Canadian Permanent Resident earlier this year, and he's been an unstoppable force ever since. After touring in the India and the US, opening for Bassem Youssef and Daniel Fernandes, Ashwyn is about to embark on a Canada-wide tour with humour and stories about immigration, being Indian, culture shock, and family with a healthy dose of commentary about social issues such as censorship, homophobia, and religion.
Join us on December 23rd for a night of belly laughs, and celebrate the holidays with us. This show WILL sell out, so please get your tickets early!
