ASHTANGAYOGA; ASANA, ADJUSTMENTS & ANATOMY, Natalia Paisano Fri Oct 4 – Sun Oct 6The workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to dive a little deeper into more aspects of Ashtanga yoga's asana practice, regardless of whether you want to take your teaching to another level or deepen your own knowledge as a student or as a professional in other similar professions. During the workshop, you will learn how to apply effective adjustments, deepen your knowledge of yoga anatomy and gain tools that will help you and your students succeed in their practice. When you learn to make adjustments, you gain greater awareness of how you move in your own practice.

Why should we make adjustment in the first place?
What makes a good fit? Where should our body be placed?
What setting is appropriate for each student?

About Natalia Paisano
Natalia first travelled to india at the age of 18 and started practising Hatha & Iyengar yoga for 3 years. In 1998-99 she found Ashtangayoga and started practicing in Mysore with Pattabhi Jois at Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute. She receieved her authorization to teach in 2003. Natalia have been teaching all over the world and have had her own studios in Madrid and Stockholm. Now she has her own studio: Mysorehouse Mallorca in Palma Mallorca.
