The course is suitable for those who have already taken a beginner's foundation course in Ashtanga yoga with us or at another yoga school, and who wish to continue within a guided class format instead of, or in parallel with, Mysore classes. The course is also recommended to people who have previously practiced Ashtanga but have taken a break and need to refresh their memory.At each session, you are guided through all or part of the standing sequence of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary series. Then you get a chance to continue the practice at your own pace under the guidance of the teacher. The purpose of the course is for the participants to learn the proper vinyasa and breath count, remember the sequence and become more independent in their yoga practice.
Time and day: Wednesdays at 17:30-19:00, starting 28/1-2026 (8- sessions, pause during the winter holidays)
