The course is suitable for those who have already taken a beginner's foundation course L1 in Ashtanga yoga with us or at another yoga school, and who wish to continue within a guided class format instead of, or in parallel with, Mysore classes. The course is also recommended to people who have previously practiced Ashtanga but have taken a break and need to refresh their memory.At each session, you are guided through all or part of the standing sequence of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary series. You also get a chance to practice in your own pace, so-called mysore style.The purpose of the course is for the participants to learn the proper vinyasa and breath count, remember the sequence and become more independent in their yoga practice.
Time and day: Wednesdays at 17:30-19:00, starting 17/9/2025 (10 sessions, pause during the autumn holidays)
Price: 1550SEK (student and senior discount is available). One free mysore class per week is included in the course price. It is possible to attend the full course or use your klipp /monthly card for drop-in classes (pre-registration via Medborgarskolan is required for everyone).
