This is a weekly ashtanga yoga with sequence of yoga postures, performed in a specific order, that emphasize the flow and breath between movements to challenge your body and mind.It is located at Alsion, M301 (3rd floor).
The event is open to everybody and free of charge, but it is necessary to reserve your spot by clicking on “going” due to limited spaces.
Practical information:
Wear comfy clothes and bring your mat (if you don`t have, you can use available mat at studio) and a bottle of water.
