Monday 15 - Friday 19 September 2025 (6.30-8.30am)We’re inviting you to our beautiful space in the heart of Merchant City for five days of in-person Ashtanga Mysore style self practice classes.
Over these five days you’ll develop your Ashtanga practice under the guidance of Rose Ann who’s been teaching the morning Mysore programme here since 2015.
During this practice week Rose Ann will:
• Help you with techniques to work on difficult/challenging areas of your practice;
• Guide you towards your next step in practice;
• Give you personal one to one guidance.
This 5 Day intensive is really worthwhile because:
• We’re limiting the session to 16 students to ensure maximum attention;
• You’ll have guidance from a senior Ashtanga yoga teacher;
• Five days allows time to establish a strong relationship with Rose Ann;
• You get to connect with our community;
• You’ll be inspired to practice more regularly.
