About this Event
This class provides a structured introduction to the foundational principles of Ashtanga Yoga. Students will learn how to coordinate breath with movement, develop concentration, and explore the underlying mechanics of common postures. Each session focuses on a key element of the practice, such as breath control, vinyasa transitions, alignment, or energetic awareness within the framework of Ashtanga’s intelligent sequencing. The aim is to build a clear understanding of technique and method, offering students the tools to cultivate a sustainable and effective practice. Open to all levels, this class serves both beginners and experienced practitioners who wish to refine their foundation.
