In life we build barriers & walls within ourselves to feel safe and secure. In Ashtanga Yoga we break them down to uncover the freedom and peace we have within us. We’ll be using backbending and hip opening postures to unlock and release these barriers and walls.

Bio:
Olivier David has 20+ years experience practicing and teaching ashtanga yoga. In 2009 Olivier started taking yearly trips to Mysore, India to deepen his practice. In 2013 he started practicing at the source of Ashtanga Yoga with his teacher Sri R Sharath Jois. In 2015 he was authorised level 2 and assisted his Guru on several occasions in mysore, India. In 2022 Olivier finished Advanced A series with his Guruji.
Olivier has traveled and taught all over the world and has run several mysore programs. He continues to practice, travel & teach ashtanga yoga to continue the lineage & teachings of his Guruji Sri R Sharath Jois.
