In this accessible introduction to the Ashtanga yoga primary and second series, I will talk the class through to navasana and from there workshop the first few poses in the second series, breaking down the structure of the poses and learning how, if required, props can aid second series practitioner.
The session will offer clarity on how the two series differ, complement each other and can be combined to help strengthen the primary and second series practices.
Suitable for dedicated beginners to experienced practitioners looking to deepen understanding and refine technique.
