During this class, you will complete a flow based on the Ashtanga Primary Series. We will begin with breath work, followed by seated warm up poses. Sun Salutations will guide us through the beginning of our standing poses, followed by seated and cool down poses to end in Savasana.Ashtanga is a heated class in the Fall, Winter and Spring. The air conditioning is turned on during the Summer.
All levels are welcome. The use of props and modifications will be provided.
