Ashtanga yoga consists of a set series of postures which you will flow through with careful attention paid to breath, bandha (energetic practice) and the directed focus of the eyes and mind. The practice is challenging yet the sequence is so well balanced it feels deeply relaxing to practice. This class follows the framework of Ashtanga but may deviate from the traditional sequencing due to time constraints.These classes are recommended for those with some experience of dynamic yoga. It’s not necessary to be able to achieve all of the postures, just come with a willingness to try new things and be inspired!
Not suitable for beginners.
