Join us for the newest swing dance in Asheville.Occurring at the Haw Creek Commons - just two minutes off Tunnel Road. (Our venue has reopened following hurricane Helene.)
Beginner East Coast Swing lesson: 6pm-7pm
Swing dance: 7:00pm-10:00pm
Admission is $10, cash or card.
No partner necessary. Doors open at 5:45pm. Ages 12+.
We dance Lindy Hop, East Coast Swing, Balboa and a little blues and shag.
Asheville Swing Night is an independently run swing dance not affiliated with any other dance or organization. Our mission is to support and grow the culture of swing dance in Asheville by organizing regularly occurring dances and leveled classes.
ABOUT THE VENUE
Haw Creek Commons is an historic church that has been reinvented into a community space. This beautiful venue features real wood floors, ample space for dancing, air conditioning, ceiling fans, real stained glass windows and on site parking.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Haw Creek Commons does not allow alcohol, but feel free to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy throughout the evening. Please help us keep the space clean by disposing of any trash in the designated bins.
