Registration@9:00-9:30am - Rounds@10:00/12:30/2:30
Sections will be formed based on number of entrants
If you can’t make it to the tournament site by 9:30am, please pre-register by contacting Bruce Roth, the tournament director, by text or email – contact info below. Players who do not pre-register and who do not make it to the site by 9:30am can still sign up but will be given a 1st round bye.
This tournament includes a scholastic section as follows –
Scholastic Section Requirements: Age 12 and under, rating under 800.
3 Round Swiss, Time control: G30/inc 5
Round Times: 10:00/11:00/12:00
Registration same as above.
Payout: At least 90% - Prizes based on number of entrants; adult fees go to adult prizes, scholastic fees go to scholastic prizes
½ point byes available. Must commit before Rd 1. Limit 1
If you own a digital chess clock please bring it.
Must be a US Chess Federation member to play.

Those who want to continue wearing masks to our tournaments, of course, should feel free to do so. And - as has always been the case - we ask that if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID or if you believe you may have recently been exposed to the virus, please get tested as soon as possible and please do not participate in social activities (such as chess tournaments) until you no longer pose a threat of infecting others.
