About this Event
Breathe deeply and reset during this powerful breathwork experience designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and restore your energy. Led by The Breath Nurse, this donation-based class is open to everyone- locals, travelers, and anyone seeking space to breathe. No prior experience is needed- just your breath, an open mind, and a willingness to go let go and try something new/different if you've never done breathwork before!
This is a donation-based community offering. You’re welcome to donate when registering or bring cash or Venmo a donation at the event (honor system). Suggested donation: $20–30+ - any amount is appreciated ♥️
