About this Event
Born in the southern desert of rural Idaho, self-taught musician and second-generation songwriter Ashley Rose brings an honest and eclectic approach to songwriting and set-building. With an undimmed, genuine presence and impressive vocal versatility, she offers a seamless blending of soul, jazz & American folk music.
She can be found performing locally with Modern Mediterranean Groove Quartet: Tambalka, The Ashley Rose Band, The AR Jazztet, as well as regional hero: Steve Fulton Music.
She has shared the stage with internationally touring acts Angelique Kidjo, Macy Grey, Jefferson Starship, Vieux Farka Tauré, Ken Stringfellow (REM, The Posies), The Steve Miller Band, Curtis Stigers, Sugar Ray, Smashmouth & The Suffers.
