ASEHE 2024 Annual Conference

Join us in the beautiful Orlando area as Rollins College hosts ASEHE's 5th annual conference. A "boutique" conference experience, typically serving up to 150 attendees, provides you the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals in higher education committed to service excellence. Research shows that institutions who engage in enhancing service excellence through customer service see increased retention of students and employees- and we all need this more than ever. Conference registration includes breakfast and lunch both conference days, as well as snacks and a reception on day one.

SPECIAL STATEMENT

We are thrilled to return to Rollins College, an institution known nationally as a pillar of service excellence in higher education, in Winter Park, FL for the second year in a ro. During this tumultuous time in Florida politics, ASEHE is committed to our higher education colleagues in the sunshine state who are dedicated to the same ideals we uphold. We stand behind the individuals at Florida institutions who are working diligently to navigate how to deliver service excellence every day and look forward to seeing many of them in person at ASEHE ’24. Pre-Conference at Walt Disney World 

This program is designed for you to experience service excellence like never before.  The goal is to learn from a service leader, Disney, and for you to identify ways that you can exceed expectations at your institution. You will be shown around EPCOT Center in Walt Disney World by an ASEHE guide for this 2-hour experience and then spend time exploring the park on your own.   

Logistics 

Before the start of the conference, purchase a specially priced ticket through the link on the ASEHE.net website (if this doesn’t work, call the phone number listed and ask for the special conference rate).  Purchasing a park ticket is required and is not part of your ASEHE registration.  Please register for the pre-conference "add-on" when registering for the conference (there is no extra registration fee) so that we know to expect you! 

Debrief 

There will be a debriefing session during the conference for all participants.
