Join Coach Gina in this sling workshop specifically designed to encourage young autistic and neurodiverse people to build their balance, coordination, and concentration skills all while exploring creatively in a safe space. We will practice all-levels-friendly moves, spend time moving inside and out of the fabric, and spend some time exploring what it feels like to spin!
No aerial experience is necessary, this workshop will offer options for both beginner and intermediate students.
Coach Gina has worked with young autistic and neurodiverse people in a classroom setting for 15 years and has seen the benefit of movement and risk-based play in a safe environment firsthand!
