Classic motor racing at Teretonga Park in Invercargill featuring an international field of Formula Junior race cars on their Formula Junior Platinum Jubilee World Tour celebrating the 70th anniversary of Formula Junior racing. Twelve international Formula Junior cars from the UK, Italy, USA and Australia are expected along with some kiwis and some illustrious names are among the entries.
Other classes scheduled for the event are a diverse range such as Vintage Racing Cars, Classic Saloons, Sports & GT Cars, Racing Cars and the Noel McIntyre Drainage Club Saloons.
Presale tickets are available from E Hayes & Sons, Dee Street, Invercargill and Harrisons Supplies, Mersey Street in Gore. A presale weekend pass is just $40 plus any applicable charges while at the gate they are $50. Day passes at the gate for either Saturday or Sunday are $30 per day. Children 14 & under are free throughout the event as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
