Ascend - A Hammock Sound Bath is a floating sound immersion designed to elevate your energy, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your higher self.

As you rest in a weightless hammock, waves of frequency flow through you from crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, gong, all grounding earth tones and celestial harmonics. Each vibration guides your body into balance, your breath into rhythm, and your soul into alignment.

We start the Sound Bath at 6:35 sharp. If you are late, you will need to reschedule for another time. (No refunds)

To begin the evening, you’ll be cleansed with sacred sage, inviting clarity and intention into your experience.

Then, enjoy a relaxing herbal tea we serve before the sound bath that will gently guide you into deep relaxation, allowing your body to shift into the parasympathetic state where true restoration begins.

Now, you’ll rest comfortably in a hammock as the sound vibrations move through you, releasing tension and raising your energetic frequency, and now you ASCEND, to elevate your energy, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your higher self!
