In this session, we’ll utilise the power of energy healing and guided breathing to drop beneath the noise, reconnect with our inner guidance, and reclaim the space we need to feel safe, seen, and whole. It’s time to release the guilt, honour your boundaries, and create relationships rooted in truth, not obligation.

You’ll be guided intuitively by John + Tami, who bring years of experience holding space for deep transformation. Through breathwork, you’ll access the subconscious layers where limiting stories and inner child wounds live, gently clearing them so you can step into a lighter, freer version of yourself.
