We are pleased to announce that Robin Hunt (Manager of the BIL Implementation Team for the FAA Office of Airports) and Mark McClurdy (Director of the Airports Division for the FAA Office of Airports) will be joining us for a presentation and fireside chat where they will discuss the latest on FAA funding updates and positioning for grants for upcoming projects.
The timeline for our luncheon will be as follows:
- Registration and social (half) hour - 11:00am to 11:30am
- Lunch - 11:30am to 12:00pm
- Program - 12:00pm to 1:00pm.

SPEAKER BIOS
Robin Hunt
Robin is currently the Manager of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Implementation Team, for the FAA Office of Airports. She is responsible for implementing the $15 billion Airport Infrastructure and the $5 billion Airport Terminal Programs.
From 2014-2021, Ms. Hunt served as the Deputy Director for the Western Pacific Region Airports Division. She was responsible for the planning, direction, implementation and evaluation of Airports programs in the Western Pacific Region (Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada and the Pacific).
Robin joined the FAA in May 2008 as the Manager of the San Francisco Airports District Office. As the Manager of the FAA San Francisco Airports District Office, Robin was responsible for implementing Airport Improvement Program and Passenger Facility Charge Programs at airports in Northern California and Nevada.
Prior to joining the Federal Aviation Administration, Robin spent over 19 years with the Department of Transportation Office of Inspector General (DOT-OIG). At the DOT-OIG, Robin served in various Senior Executive Service (SES) and regional management positions, including Deputy Assistant Inspector General for Aviation and Special Program Audits.
Robin received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kansas and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Mark McClurdy
Mark leads the FAA’s Office of Airports, Western Pacific Region (AWP). Mark’s team provides support the planning and safe development of the 640 airports that are part of the National Plan of Integrated Airport System (NPIAS). These airports are located in:
- Four states (Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada),
- Three United States Territories (America Samoa, Guam, Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands), and
- Three foreign countries (Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Republic of Palau).
Mark joined the FAA in 1991 after spending almost five years in the private sector as a Structural Engineer for a prominent Architecture and Engineering firm located in Detroit, Michigan. Mark began his FAA career in the Great Lakes Regions’ Chicago Airports District Office (ADO). Mark later worked as the Great Lakes Region’s Manager of its Planning and Programming Branch where he provided support and oversite over the region’s environmental, planning, and financial programs. In August 2003, Mark was promoted to his current position as Director for the Western Pacific Region. He has found this to be his most professionally fulfilling job in the FAA.
Mark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University. In his free time, Mark enjoys reading, sports and traveling.
