ASC Fast is a group personal training session that improves speed, endurance, and overall athleticism.
These workouts include sprints of varying distances, partner/team drills, and body weight exercises. You can usually count on running bleachers, too.
Pricing and Discounts: ASC Fast costs $35 for one session. Or, to save up to 65% per session with an ASC membership.
O ther Details:
- All ability levels are welcome.
- The event location is metro-accessible and parking is also available.
- Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle, a towel, and a clean pair of sneakers.
- We are unable to accept walk-ins. Online registration closes before the session.
- This event will begin on time. You will NOT be allowed to join if you arrive late.
