About Amit:
When I was in my high school, Biology was my favourite which led me to have a higher interest in learning Human Anatomy and Physiology during my Bachelor's Degree. After graduation in 2016, I started learning and practicing Yoga full time and got my first 200-Hour Yoga Instructor Course together with 20-Hour special Yoga training for diabetes from S-VYASA University, Bengaluru, India then became a Yoga instructor. The more I am with Yoga, the more inner peace I have. To deepen my Yoga knowledge, I continued learning and got 200-Hour Yoga TTC from Sivananda Ashram, Kerala, India in 2017 and Master’s Degree in Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA University, Bengaluru, India in early 2021. I have explored Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha , Sivananda and Iyengar Yoga Styles with passion. I am an E-RYT 200-hour and Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) through Yoga Alliance. Helping others to have a healthy body and mind is my desire. I am also a Certified Massage Therapist by The Watpo Thai Traditional Medical Association, Thailand and Ayurveda Massage & Panchakarma Therapist by S.K.K. Ayurveda, New Delhi, India. Seeing everyone’s smile is my happiness. No mental and physical sickness is a gem.
