Join us for our next Asana Play Practice, an opportunity for you to extend your practice to 90 minutes which includes an exploration of yoga asana (postures) in a playful and accessible way! This practice is for those who want to try out postures that you may not find in a general public class or who want a little bit of extra time to explore how a posture could feel for you.
It is for ALL LEVELS - and we use this time to have some fun which means there is always something for everyone.
This month we have Kim Kuipersmith sharing this playful practice with a focus on getting you curious about what's possible in any given moment.
