Welcome to Asana Lab with Erin. This quarterly workshop series is designed to deepen your understanding of foundational yoga poses from the inside out. In each session, we’ll break down 3–4 common postures to explore their mechanics, intended energetic feel, and the specific muscles being activated. With plenty of hands-on support, props, and personalized variations, you’ll discover how to shape each pose to fit your body — not the other way around.Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, these playful and educational labs offer the opportunity to slow down, ask questions, and truly embody your practice. Walk away with increased confidence, expanded awareness, and alignment tools you can take into any class.
Join us each quarter as we build a stronger, more informed, and more joyful foundation one pose at a time. In January we will be covering Mountain Pose, Chair Pose, Warrior 1 and Warrior 3.
