Each of the four sections work as a stand-alone complete workshop with a dharma talk, handout, accessible anatomy lecture applied to the peak pose and focus of class. These long practices will consist of vinyasa flow, cool down, pranayama, meditation and a deep integration- savasana. Every workshop will have time for questions and answers and individual attention.
