If so, this is a great place to come and play. Join Shawn as he answers your questions and illuminates how the body works in relation to Yoga postures. Learn how by continuously inhibiting muscles we keep them weak, and what to do about it. Learn to access your body’s inherent ease, strength and mobility through a functional approach to asana based on sound principles of movement.
