Welcome to the **ASALH Tampa Bay Black History Trip to Jacksonville, FL**! Join us on **Saturday, February 22 & 23, 2025. ROAD READY TOURS COACHES will depart at 7:00 AM for 2 days filled with learning and exploration in the beautiful city of Jacksonville.
This in-person event will take you on a journey through the rich history of African American culture. This trip includes admission to historic landmarks, a national park, dinner at the theatre with a concert, and a 23-country festival with 6 African Pavilions. We will stay at a beautiful Marriott property just minutes from downtown. We will be greeted by ASALH James Weldon Johnson Chapter of Jacksonville during our trip. The tour has been designed specifically for your enjoyment, education, and bonding with new and old friends.
You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the stories and experiences that have shaped Jacksonville's vibrant community. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with history and celebrate the contributions of African Americans to our society. See you there!
