Performance dates are July 31- Aug 3 at Cité des Arts.Synopsis: Hot, young author Evan Wyler manages to capture the attention of Alexa Vere de Vere, a Sally Bowles/Holly Golightly-type socialite who wants to introduce him to the world of the rich and famous. Her tragic past, fabulous life, and name-dropping persona prove too enticing to resist, but is everything as it seems? As Bees in Honey Drown is a dark comedy about the dangers and the allure of fame and fortune.
