Arvada Community Meditation on Twin Hearts has been created as a way for members of the community to experience the Twin Hearts Meditation, and to create peace, goodwill, loving kindness, and healing for our community and the earth. The Meditation on Twin Hearts is an ancient advanced meditation technique that was made public by the founder of Pranic Healing, Master Choa Kok Sui, in 1987. It is a simple meditation technique that creates dramatic results for the meditator, and for the community in which it is practiced. It is non-denominational (non-religious) and does not require any specific allegiance to any guru or teacher. It is simply a spiritual tool for all, for world and community service.Twin Hearts refers to the crown and heart chakras, or energy centers. Through the practice of this powerful meditation, the heart chakra is first activated, followed by the crown chakra. They become channels for spiritual energy when activated, and in return can be used to bless the earth, the community, our relationships, our lives, our careers and more with loving energy.

This guided meditation will be held in the heart of Old Town Arvada in the Arvada Public Library meeting room. Over the past few years, this area has witnessed a mass shooting, an increase in homelessness, drug use, and death. The goal of this group is to use this meditation to flood our community with divine healing energy, positivity, loving kindness, compassion, and joy to counteract some of the darkness that has been experienced. Darkness is the absence of light, and through this group and the Meditation on Twin Hearts, we have the power to serve and heal this beautiful community that we call home! Please join us!
This event will be hosted by Jesse Bell, a Denver native and member of the Arvada community since 2016. We will begin with a brief introduction and overview of the Meditation on Twin Hearts, discussing how to do the meditation, the benefits, and answer any questions. We will perform very light exercises to prepare the body for meditation (wear comfortable clothes!), and then Jesse will guide the group through the meditation. There is nothing you need to do except show up. This is a free event. Love donations will be accepted and all proceeds will be returned to the community.
