Celebrate the countdown to the 50 years of Countryside Mall with our most vibrant ArtWave event yet. This year, ArtWave will host our first community art competition, which will spotlight up-and-coming local artists and benefit the Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation Art Project.
April 1st - April 15th - We are accepting applications for the 2024 Community Mural. Local artists are encouraged to submit their application and design for a chance to win a $2000 cash prize and create a permanent mural at Countryside Mall.
April 25th - May 15th - Stop by Countryside Mall and cast your vote for who you think created the best mural highlighting 50 years of the Countryside Community.
June 8th - 30th - You're invited to stop by Countryside Mall to witness the mural's progress. Not only will you see the mural come to life, but you'll also have the chance to view art pieces from our judges and workshop hosts displayed throughout the mall.
June 15th & 22nd - Community Art Workshops Hosted by Our Judges. The proceeds from the workshop will benefit the Artist-led Art Project, a collaboration between Chi Chi’s Art Class and students. Support the Cause and Sign UP for our Workshops
