Arturo Aquino

Pianista mexicano nacido en Ocozocoautla, Chiapas en 1975, Arturo Aquino ha estado inmerso en la música desde su infancia y comenzó su carrera profesional en la adolescencia. Se especializa en repertorio popular mexicano y latinoamericano, además de componer obras originales.

A lo largo de su carrera, ha realizado conciertos por todo México y realizado extensas giras por Europa, Norteamérica y Centroamérica. Aquino ha compartido escenario con artistas de renombre como Consuelo Velázquez, Roberto Cantoral, Pepe Jara y Armando Manzanero, quien produjo uno de sus álbumes y se refirió a él como "El Piano de México". Este título se convirtió posteriormente en el nombre de su quinto álbum, lanzado en 2023.

Arturo Aquino

A Mexican pianist born in Ocozocoautla, Chiapas in1975, Arturo Aquino has been immersed in music since childhood and began his professional career as a teenager. He specializes in Mexican and Latin American popular repertoire, while also composing original works.

Throughout his career, he has performed concerts across Mexico and toured extensively in Europe, North America, and Central America. Aquino has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Consuelo Velázquez, Roberto Cantoral, Pepe Jara, and Armando Manzanero- the latter of whom produced one of his albums and famously referred to him as “El Piano de México”. This title later became the name of his fifth album, released in 2023.
