2 hours just for you to relax and get creative!We are a small, friendly group. We start with a guided relaxation and then have a themed creative activity - no previous experience, or skill required!
We are NOT an art class, all the activities are designed to reduce stress, relax you and be fun!
The venue is accessible, and all GWYF sessions are LGBTQIA+ and Neurodiversity affirming.
