Welcome to the official vendor form for the Arts in Autumn 2025! This event will be held at Midtown Plaza, and we're excited to invite vendors to be a part of the festivities. Please complete the form to let us know what you need to set up your space to serve our guests!
Vendor Setup: Set by 1:30 P.M.
Vendor Teardown: Down by 6 P.M.
Event Instructions
Setup and Breakdown Times:
- Setup: Begins at 12:00 PM
- Breakdown: Begins promptly at 5:00 PM, after the event concludes.
What to Bring:
- Restaurants:
- All items required by the Hamilton County Health Department.
- Trash bins (if needed)
- Retail Vendors:
- Trash bins (if needed).
- Tents, tables, and chairs (unless you've made prior arrangements).
- Any necessary table linens.
Please note: Power will not be available for any vendors.
