SUPERSENSE is a new major contemporary arts festival exploring ecstatic performance experience, a hype sensory playground for the curious and bold. Curated by performer and musician Sophia Brows, in association with the Asian Performing Arts Program, the festival foregrounds musical and artistic traditions exploring ecstatic experience and transformation from both at home and around the world.
For one weekend this August, Arts Centre Perth will be transformed into a durational Festival-as-theatre, exploring rapture, extremity and collective transcendence across music, film, light and dance.
