As we are moving into winter time here in Sweden, it keeps on getting darker - and colder - outside BUT there is light in the darkness; The spectacular Nobel Week Lights Arts Festival which will brighten up the city of Stockholm during the week of Nobel in December. What´s not to love about that?!
Learn more about the festival, what they are doing do bring the very latest in lighting design and new technology to showcase amazing music, arts and culture in public spaces.
As always, there´ll be plenty of time for connection and networking before and after the talk with Q&A.

About Nobel Week Lights and Lara Szabo Greisman
Nobel Week Lights is an annual light art festival taking place in central Stockholm. The festival showcases large scale video mapping, light sculptures as well as interactive installations that invite the audience playfully activate public space. A unique characteristic of Nobel Week Lights is that all of the artworks are inspired by the research, discoveries and contributions of Nobel Laureates. How can a city-scale public artwork convey the intricacies of science, literature or peace work? How do artists even start to tell these stories through different artistic mediums? Lara Szabo Greisman (Co-Founder and Exc. Producer of the festival) will present a range of artworks that have been featured in NWL as well as the democratizing impact they have had.
