On Christmas Eve, 1914, voices rose above the trenches — first one German soldier singing “Stille Nacht (Silent Night)”, then another joining in, until the guns were silent and songs of peace filled the night air.
All Is Calm beautifully retells this extraordinary true story through the words and songs of the soldiers who experienced it. Performed entirely a cappella and in English, this powerful work is a moving tribute to hope, unity, and the enduring spirit of Christmas.
