"Artists You Should Know" features exceptional artists you may not have heard of yet! We discover them as part of our weekly Songwriter's Night series and bring them to you for a special event!
We are happy to bring Jac Conley, Collette Jadyn and Rodney Lee to our stage Sunday, September 29th. Catch them here before you can see them anywhere else!
Jac Conley is a singer/songwriter from Tennessee, rooted in the rich traditions of blues and southern songwriting. Hailing from a small farm town, Jac's music reflects his deep connection to the land and its stories, honed through years of performing in Texas bars and honky tonks. His songwriting delves into themes of generational trauma and redemption, often with a touch of moonshine.
Collette Jadyn is a 20-year-old composer and artist who prides herself in her melodic songs and heartfelt lyrics. Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Collette has always felt a strong connection to music. She finds inspiration all around her, combining her folksy roots, interest in contemporary musicians, and love of jazz, she blends all of her current musical fascinations and creates a piece that is uniquely her's. Collette has had a taste for success ever since fronting 2 bands, performing as a solo artist and writing dozens of songs. Her goal is to become a prominent recording artist and continue to spread her music with passion and authenticity.
Rodney Lee is a native East Tennessean who has spent most of his life promoting a music community. After nearly 20 years of booking and promoting local and regional musicians at a venue in his hometown of Knoxville, Rodney decided to step on the stage and share his perspective through music. With a reverent approach to songwriting and the distinctive timbre of his voice, Rodney’s original songs address the spectrum of the human condition from heartbreak to redemption.
