Are you wondering if there is anyone who wants to buy your art? If they're out there...where are they? How can I reach them? What types of apps should I use? How much time is this going to take? Great questions to bring with you to this class. We will build an avatar for your client, talk about marketing platforms and break the ice of social media myths. Instagram may not be your million dollar jackpot. Instead, we will focus on working with the audience you have right now and start small until it gains momentum.
In this all-day live workshop, we will discuss top performing marketing strategies, optimize your social media strategy, and build an individual marketing plan that works for your business. You’ll also get to share ideas with fellow artists through roundtable discussions and brainstorming breakouts.
Led by Erin Minckley, the CEO of Relativity Textiles and Chicago-based multidisciplinary artist. Erin graduated from SAIC with her MFA in Fiber & Materials Studies in 2012 and went on to teach at the college level. She has since founded her own wallpaper brand, Relativity Textiles, and operates from a storefront retail space in Chicago’s North Mayfair neighborhood. Author of two books, Erin’s work has expanded to help creatives get out of their own head and into the role of CEO of your own creative pursuit. She is the proud mom of two boys.
