As the seasons turn and celestial energies shift, this two-part Artistic Sound Bath Series invites you to step into a sacred creative space where guided painting and live sound healing unite.
Each evening offers a different theme, one for Visioning the Future beneath November’s meteor-lit skies, and one for Renewal as the Light Returns with December’s Solstice energy.
Led by artist Shannon Norman and sound healer Michelle Clarke these sessions are not simply classes they are energetic journeys. You’ll open your intuitive channel, then paint while bathed in the live vibrational frequencies of Tibetan bowls and other sacred sound instruments.
Your brush will become a conduit for colour and vibration, a conversation between soul and cosmos. Each canvas you create acts as a visual talisman, carrying the frequencies of intention, inspiration, and transformation.
As the Leonid meteor shower graces the heavens in November, you’re invited to an evening of insight, sound, and creative awakening. The Leonids are one of the most dazzling annual meteor showers, known for producing fast, bright shooting stars that appear to radiate from the constellation Leo the Lion. Leo’s symbolism adds confidence, creativity, and heart-centred courage. In an energetic sense, meteors represent flashes of insight literal “light from the heavens.” So the Leonids mark a moment when inspiration can strike suddenly and brilliantly. It’s a time for spontaneous ideas, epiphanies, and bursts of creative energy.
The Journey and what to expect:
- Opening with a short oracle reflection and grounding
- Guided introduction by Shannon Norman
- Intuitive painting during the sound immersion by Michelle Clarke
- Closing circle to share insights or journaling time.
Who is this for:
This is not a class, it’s an energetic exploration of creation and insight. The waning Moon supports release, the Leonid meteors spark inspiration, and sound vibrations open pathways of perception. You’ll leave grounded, illuminated, and more aligned with the creative current of your life’s unfolding.
Sound healing is gentle, but not always suitable for everyone. Please consult your doctor before attending if you:
- Have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices
- Experience sound-triggered seizures or photosensitive epilepsy
- Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
- Are managing a severe mental health condition (e.g. psychosis, schizophrenia)

What to bring
To make the most of this creative and energetic evening, please bring:
- A water bottle – staying hydrated keeps the creative energy flowing.
- A cushion or shawl – for comfort while seated during painting and sound immersion.
- A journal and pen – to capture insights, reflections, or messages.
- An open heart and curious mind – this experience invites you to vision, express, and align with what you truly wish to create.
Arrive a few minutes early to settle into your space, choose your card, and centre yourself before we begin.
