EVERYONE is invited to attend. We hope that this program offers an additional benefit to individuals who are interested in using art as a tool for healing from trauma.This class is taught in a "drop in" format - meaning that each class has a specific focus, but attending every session is not required. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes after start time. Come when you can and as you are. No experience necessary.
Artistic Expressions Healing Arts program is a crash course on how to use art materials as tools for self-expression. Through FREE drop-in art classes, the program provides both mental and physical space for participants to learn new skills and explore their emotions, histories, and health needs through a creative healing process.
