Artistic Expressions is a FREE art class 2x/month - on EVERY 2nd & 3rd Thursday from 6-7p.*EVERYONE is invited to attend. We hope that this program offers an additional benefit to individuals who are interested in using art as a tool for healing from trauma.
This class is taught in a "drop in" format - meaning that each class has a specific focus, but attending every session is not required. Come when you can and as you are. No experience necessary.
Artistic Expressions Healing Arts program is a crash course on how to use art materials as tools for self-expression. Through FREE drop-in art classes, the program provides both mental and physical space for participants to learn new skills and explore their emotions, histories, and health needs through a creative healing process. Artistic Expressions is led by artist John Sebelius, who created the program in 2016.
*There will be no class on Thanksgiving (Nov. 21, 2024).
